On the morning of June 27th, Professor Marc Desmet, Vice President of University of Tours, paid a visit to HNU, and was welcomed by Vice President Li Dazhi of HNU on the second floor of the office building.

President Li hoped that both sides would strengthen communication and cooperation to make possible some cooperative projects.  

Marc Desmet spoke highly of the efforts toenhance the people-to-people exchanges and cooperation between the two universities, and looked forward to more substantial projects.

 

Tang Jianwen, Director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, exchanged views and reached a consensus with President Desmet in projects of Sino-foreign educational cooperation and the exchange of teachers and students between two sides.  

The Department of French also attended the meeting.
