Recently, culture troupe of HNU concluded the two-week-long tourin Russia and Belarus and made their return.

Delegated by Confucius Institute Headquarters (Han Ban) and invited by Irkutsk State University, National Research Tomsk State University, Kazan Federal University, Kalmyk State University and Francisk Skorina Gomel State University,this troupe was aimed to spread Chinese culture and demonstrate our cultural self-confidence. Teaming up the tour crews, faculties and students from the College of Music went through four-month preparation including program selection, creative programming, beauty production, and video recording with a relentless pursuit for perfection. In spite of suffering jetlag and acclimatization, the team traveled more than 20,000 kilometers and gave six performances in eight cities in Russiaand Belarus, offering the audience with a high-level cultural feast. The tour was covered by local mainstream media.
