Czech Educational Delegation Visits HNU

On the morning of May 19th, the Czech Educational Delegation visited HNU and was warmly received by the Vice President, Li Dazhi, in the 327 Conference Room of Office of International Exchange and Cooperation. The meeting was chaired by Li Miao, Vice Director of the Office.

Li Dazhi gave a warm welcome to the delegation and briefed on the basic information of HNU. He said that HNU attached great importance to international collaboration. Under the Belt and Road Initiative, HNU encourages its students to study in Czech and welcomes students from Czech toapply the Belt and Road Initiative scholarship and pursue knowledge in HNU. He hoped this visit would deepen the understanding and strengthen the collaborationof both sides.

Wang Wanming, Chair of New Silk Road Chamber of Commerce of Czech, said that there had been cooperation in some projects between HNU and Czech Educational Delegationsince its visit in January. He hoped both sides would continue to enhanceexchange and make progress together.
  

Delegates from University of West Bohemia, Tomas Bata University, Charles University in Prague, respectively introduced their international students programs and development of disciplines. They expressed thier hope ofpartnering with HNU.
  

Cooperative projects, such as Exchange Students Project were discussed. And both sides exchanged gifts and took group pictures.

The meeting was attended by members of Czech Educational Delegation and persons in charge from concerned departments of HNU.
