On the afternoon of July 11th, Stuart Smith, head of the International Office and Gavin Tan, regional manager in East and South Asia visited Business School of HNU. The delegation were received by Li Jun, dean of Business School and Chen Junkai, deputy party secretary of Business School.
Stuart Smith offered information about University of Hertfordshire and conveyed his goodwill to carry out the “3+1” straight entrance to undergraduate-graduate project with Business School of HNU. He said that the advantages of this project lie in a relatively short length of schooling, undergraduate-postgraduate degrees and so on.
Li Jun extended his warm welcome to Stuart Smith and his delegation. He gave a brief introduction of Business School, and said that research on the project would be carried out to start it at an early date.
Then, both sides exchanged ideas about issues like credit transfer and thesis defense.
The meeting was also attended by Jeff Brown, director of higher education of Kaplan Financial, Tian Yi, director of business development of Kaplan Financial and Xiao Peng, counselor and secretary of foreign affairs of Business School.
